Happens to me also man, if I fall or trip in my dream I wake up with a jolt.

this always happens when you fall in your dream you just dont remember your dream , i can remember most of my dreams and it always happens when i fall in a dream

once i had a dream i fell out of a hammock and i got the feeling.

Exact same thing happens to me.

I'll be laying down, and randomly have a shaking sensation, like I'm falling.

It's frightening, and happens quite frequently.
