yes there is a way of getting them. they are in the script mods but they haven't said that they are going to release them yet.

That's the thing i highly doubt they will get released things like them and object spawner as they they will make game even worse than it is now, think if you went in to a game and there were 10 people with rocket weapons it would be just annoying spraying everywhere that's why not much has been released
