Thats not even true at all, and if you have a problem,
please Pm me, as I don't really want Flaming on this Topic,
when all i'm trying to do is help, the reason I don't respond that Minute,
is because i'm not on all day.

if you go into start menu, right click computer, click properties, advanced system settings, performance setttings, and then click adjust for best performance and apply it, and your done , is what people use to speed up games like on steam and what ever thats what i do when mine lags up, just makes everything basic, then to change it back do the same thing but instead of best performance chose what windows thinks is best and you back to normal. hope this helped
