Try the menu on the jailbroken ps3 first.
I will try to help you if it works from there.

ive done that the menu works then i data transfer and it freezes

idk only patch work for me is Black and yellow or icy gold v3 try thoes also Add me bro KarMaLobbyz dont use mega acc no more and do u edit patch need patche editer plzz
