I cant download this program because norton is blocking it but I can't find how to turn it off

You are trying to download Norton when you already have norton? Is this correct? I would advise you to NOT turn norton off...

When you open Norton, you should get a screen similar to that ^^.

On the right side click the yellow buttons to toggle them off;

Be very cautious when doing this, you may pick up or download a virus with your AV turned off.
