Someone needs a mod to fix this problem

MW3 is BROKEN the only thing that can fix it is mods. End of story.
So many problems
Hit markers lag, over powered guns, over powered No skill needed secondary guns like FMG, noob friendly game, Lag compensation, Camping friendly maps and random azz juggernauts?
