can someone tell me how to hotswap on eflc the new way u have to do it so it doesnt freeze

I don't think there is a way but don't quote me on that as i don't hotswap but it shouldn't be any different

Try this method. This is taken from one of the Stickies in this forum.

Last Note: When you have hot swapped and installed or just played the game, every time you start the game up you will need to sign out during the intro or your screen will freeze, and then when the intro is over and the game loads as "Starting New Game" you can then sign back in and go right on into multi-player.
