Hey Guys So heres a thing I took apart my xbox a few years back and has been fine up untill the last few months.

It has been having trouble readings games untill it has come to the point where it has stopped completly.

However it seems to be able to read a CD but not a game so my theory is that it cannot gain the speed required to read the game ?

Suggestions? Feedback?

One of my xboxs does this also.. It just happened overtime..

well if you install the game to your hard drive it will most likely work.

1st is your xbox modded to play copied games?
then u will have to restart ur xbox i have 2 all the time

sometimes xbox has to be gay and not read.Restart it it should work

1. Restarting has no affect(that used to work but no longer)

2. My Xbox isn't Modded In Anyway (not yet atleast)

3. It cant read the Disks so it cannot play from HDD

They call them circle scratches, rent the same game from blackbuster install it and then you should be able to play.

read above, I have allready got it installed my to my HDD, it cannot read the disk at all so it cannot start
