The i5-2500K beats out the FX-8150, plus it's $30 cheaper on Newegg, so you should of gone Intel. Not to mention Sandy Bridge is A LOT better for gaming over Bulldozer, so yeah.
16GB is also too much, 8GB is more than plenty for today.
The 560TI is an amazing card, so good choice ;)
I would've recommended an Intel Z68 1155 MoBo which you can buy a good one on Newegg for $120 + i5-2500K which would've saved you ~$100 but oh well.
