Many people think that this kind of thing is completely legit but its not...
The reason why:
Ban Rate: LOW
Consequences if Caught:
My Opinion:
The reason why:
Most of the MW3 servers are the ones from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. In these you could get to a Maximum level of 55.
On MW3 the lobby's confuse the system and make them believe that you are able to prestige at level 55. THAT IS WHY THE 25+ ONES ARE FAKE.

Ban Rate: LOW
There has been a few ban rates to record. Most of these are just because people have been really stupid and gone from a Low level to Max level in a short amount of time and IW has picked up on it.
Consequences if Caught:
The consequences are not entirely bad but you will recieve:
*48 Hour Ban
*Stat reset to previous level before hacking.
*Frozen Leaderboards

My Opinion:
I think that everyone who thinks that they can host these shitty 25+ Lobby's are GOONS.
Lets face it in a better concept, Leechers.
I have personally used the 55+ Mod because im getting bored of the game and the mods which are coming out. I love to use the mods because they add a more positive aspect to the game.
