I don't think so.
He probably price fixed 100's of them, and released a video to get people to buy them. Also, notice how he has no dislike bar and only 1 video?

It isn't a bad idea, if you've got time to do that. Personally, I can't be bothered with all of that. I'd much rather play games on FIFA.
