Happy Early birthday , But yes BF3 is worth it

Ok. In short terms: Oh god yes.

In long terms: I used to be a massive cod fanboy always trashing bf always saying sh*t about it. As soon as I bought bf3 I was like :facepalm: I have not played a better game yet, nearly every match you are guaranteed to have fun, its quite easy to get kills etc and if you aren't good at killing, well theres plenty of other ways to get points. The only game that I think will beat this in the next couple of years or so, honestly, is Halo 4.
(but thats cos I'm a massive halo fan too )

Contains a lot of fixes and tweaks. It'll be ~1GB. Mainly the feature to rent a server using msp. Also if you know your going to get BF3 download the BF3 Multiplayer Update on the marketplace. It's 2GB.

Renting a server as your own. You can customize it and put a password. The one on the marketplace is an update. Your talking about the HD texture pack which you install when you start up the game. Make sure you have space for BF3 (~4.5GB)

BF3 is a lot better than BFBC2, and BFBC2 is completely dead... only about 40 or so people are playing it.

If your playing as a team Battlefield is great,
All reviving each other , all in a vehicle and someone fixing it , and helping each other out.
The jets are amazing and the graphics are sweet.

BF3 is a must get compared to the call of duty franchise, far more advanced and much better graphics.

I believe it is worth it. BF3 is the best game I own, and it makes me realize how unrealistic and crap CoD is.
