It has the perfect ring.

I have already installed it but it still does not work!

What else can i try?

Get Gamestop to buff it. If that doesn't work, you're out of luck. The toothpaste trick and anything similar to it do not really work.

You could try taking it to Game, they have this buffer thing that can remove scratches...

Gamestops usually have a machine that you can use to buff your disk.
