You can download it just now but i will advise not too because u get a notification glitch saying "Rent a server download complete" and will repeat many times

Mine was downloading until it stopped at 70 percent And it said try again later, freaking Hate this C R A P

try to turn off yourxbox turn off the broadband and turn it back on then the xbox and try to upadte it again i did this and it updated for me
