Hey, so on halo reach i try really hard to hit the credit cap and i can do it. i know its 200000 but once i hit it, if i keep playing why do my credits go down and could i get banned for earning too many credits? Also could someone get banned for changing their time zone to continue getting credits.

Your credits go down because the limit is only 200,000 cR per day. (That's why they call it credit cap)

And it's possible to get banned if you change the time zone and continue to earn credits and going over the cap.

No you won't get banned.

As long as you don't bypass the 200,000 cR cap then your fine.

You can keep playing but you won't earn any credits

Changing your timezone will not result in a ban or reset as they have clearly stated this on Bungie.net. Any way of credit farming without hacking is a legitimate method

But exploiting a glitch that bypasses their system will.
