Here we go ;) , ! You can also use this to bypass , no patchblocked needed : 216.155.139.115 (Port: 3128)
Step 1: Go to your Playstation
Step 2: Plug In your USB Stick
Step 3: Go To Save Data Utility (PS3)
Step 4: Copy your Call Of Duty 4 game data to your USB stick
Step 5: Go to Game Data Utility and Delete CALL OF DUTY 4: MODERN WARFARE
Now go to your Computer.
Step 6: Plug in your USB Stick
Step 7: Go into the PS3, GAMEDATA, BLES00148. (Locate your COD4 Game Save).
Step 8: Open GPAD0_MP.PRF & GPAD0_CM.PRF
Step 9: Now, you want to delete EVERYTHING within both files.
Step 10: Then paste the codes in the box at the top in to both files.
Now Back to your Playstation.
Step 11: Go to your USB stick
Step 12: Copy your Call Of Duty 4 game save onto your ps3
Step 13: Go to Network Settings & Select CUSTOM
Step 14: Keep everything the same until you Scroll onto PROXY SERVER, Click Use
Now, Back to your Computer.
Step 15: Load the patch blocker, the thing you downloaded.
Step 16: Click Start Blocking
Step 17: It should give an IP Address.
Step 18: Take a note of the IP address, DONT CLOSE THE PROGRAM
Go Back to your Playstation
Step 19: In the IP Address (Proxy Settings) enter the IP Shown from the Patch Blocker
Step 20: After everything is fine, Sign into PSN (It may take some time, just be patient)
Step 21: Start Up COD4 and go into Multiplayer, Private Match & Dont Start the game
Step 22: Back out into split screen > load a player then start the game > choose any class then press select two times.
Step 23: Go back to multiplayer and everything will be unlocked
Step 24: Quit the game and change the network settings to easy. (Or any other settings you normally use)
Step 25: Go back into the game and it will ask you to update to 1.40. Accept the update and wait for it to download and install.
Step 26: Find a game. Play until you get killed or get a kill.
Step 27: You should now be 10th prestige, level 55 with all unlocks!
