Take it to a shop that cleans disc's.

OR

Rent the same game, then get the same colour pen they used to write the same number on your's. Swap them over, take it back, done.

Remember to install games as well, sometimes this helps.

i have it installed but i have to bang my xbox to make it read and wont this break my xbox ??

take it to your Nearest game shop. I'm sure they can Clean it?

The XBOX has to be able to read the disc to play it, even though it's installed to the HDD. Take the game to gamestop and ask them to clean the disc. Or buy/rent the same game.

it reads when i bang my xbox but today its not having non of it just trys to read then says open tray

Take it tyour nearst shop such as blockbuster
And get them to clean it for you.
