i downloaded some software off the internet and eversince my computer has been slow on internet even though i have 64meg so i decided to delete it , when deleted my computer came up with a message saying "system restart" so it restarted but after i clicked on my user login it just went to a black screen and wouulldnt do anything all i could do was move the mouse... so what i had done is went on task manager and loaded the internet up and came on here to ask for help (i cant go on desktop or anything else) can anyone help ??

Maybe try this out
1.Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc on the keyboard to bring up Task Manager on the black screen.
2.Click File -> New Task (Run)
3.Type explorer.exe and then press Enter.
