How can i get it so i can have 1920x1080?

Try changing it through Nvidia control panel or CCC if you own an AMD based card. I double checked on Lenovo's website and they are advertising it does support 1920 x 1080. That's strange.

Well it's not absolutely deal breaking that it does not have it. Most people I know plug their headsets and external speakers into sound cards or integrated 7.1 on I/O panel. I'd be more concerned about resolution and quality more than anything.
