This does kind of look fake. And if you also look at the bottom right where it shows you who kills who, the other people in the game only kill someone a couple of times.

That's not true. At about 1:15 someone did shoot at him and he was stunned. Youv'e got to be mentally handicappe for you to think this is fake.
