That made me laugh. I have played RuneScape for about 5-6 years racking up 339 days play time with 383.6M total xp. So thats what? Thats 1.14M xp per day (24 hours) so it is about 300 hours per 99.

I currently have 99 in all skills but 92 Mining and Slayer, 91 Runecrafting and 104 Dungeoneering. I think I know about skills, for example:

99 Woodcutting took me an unkown amount of time but can be achieved in about 120 hours.
99 Firemaking took me around 50 hours.
99 Cooking took me around 70 hours.
99 Fletching took me around 60 hours.
99 Thieving took me around 90 hours.
99 Magic took me around 200 hours.
99 Crafting took me around 60 hours.
99 Ranged took me around 80 hours.
99 Prayer took me around 20 hours.
99 Attack, Strength and Defence took me an unkown amount of time as I trained it via Slayer. They can be trained quickly via various methods.
99 Herblore took me around 200 hours.
99 Construction took me around 100 hours.
99 Summoning took me around 50 hours.
99 Smithing took me around 120 hours.
99 Fishing took me around 150 hours.
99 Agility took me around 200 hours.
99 Hunter took me around 150 hours.
99 Dungeoneering took me around 100 hours.

The time take to afford the skills was around half of my total play time.
The time taken to accumulate the charms for 99 Summoning was around 30 days play time.

Dungeoneering
Dungeoneering is dependant upon your team and what you do within each floor. I am 104 Dungeoneering and at 93 joined a dungeoneering clan and was gaining 130K xp every 25 minutes which was really good.
