You guys are idiots.. Everyone knows that Samsung phones have the WORST developer community. Motorola and HTC are pretty bad too. Get the Galaxy Nexus. Its one of the only phones you'll be able to get Jelly Bean on first day with plus its got a great developer community.
- Btw I don't own the phone, just know a lot about it. I have HTC Thunderbolt

You do realize that Nexus phones are developer phones right? Meaning that they will get the newest OS within days of it coming out. The Samsung Galaxy S still has Froyo and the SII is just getting an official ICS OS upgrade. While the HTC Rezound has had it for months. Do some research before posting.

I do understand the whole developer thing and the release of the softwares.
I was simply pointing out that you flat out slated samsung but then mentioned that the Nexus is better simply because to will get Jelly Bean first.
That is not a valid reason as to why a handset is better.
I personally don't like the Nexus and believe the One X beats it hands down.

The One X wipes the floor with the Nexus. The screen is better, the specs are better, the build is better, and the dev community will be strong. Of course the Gnex will be very well-supported, but even my original HTC Incredible still has an active dev community. I've had ICS for months.
I was going to get the Gnex, but I'm waiting for the Galaxy SIII. It's getting revealed the 7th.
In my experience, Motorola has the worst/most difficult dev community and HTC and Samsung have very solid ones. The SGSIII will undoubtedly have a massive community due to its popularity.

I agree with the HTC One X being the best but it will die just like all the other HTC phones. My Tbolt used to have the best developer community on XDA now it still doesn't have a perfectly working ICS ROM. HTC One X will be gone after Jelly Bean comes out.

Oh, I beg to differ. The Thunderbolt was not a stellar phone in that is was not a huge seller or flagship. It wasn't really cutting edge on release. The One X introduces quite a few new things to the Android arena, like the Qualcomm S4. The design is also the best I've seen for a phone, as well as the screen. It's a release that is and will make waves. My Incredible was, at it's release, dubbed by many THE best Android phone you could get. Thus, tons of people had it and still do.
