Lately I've been wondering if the way you have your xbox ( horizontal or vertical ) affects the gameplay like freezing, disk scratching, overheating, Etc.
I would like to know you guy's opinion on the topic, would be greatly appreciated.
* Yesterday was the first time i had my xbox standing up since a while, and my game started to freeze repeatedly (battlefield 3 ) so I decided to lay it flat again and see if that was the problem.

I have my xbox horizontally on a hard table so it doesn't over heat

I play with my xbox horizontal for falling over purposes (friend knocked it over once)

I always have my xbox layed down flat, last time i put it upward it didn't go so well.

I have it horizontal because putting it vertical will block the biggest fan on the console.

I have it vertical and that's what the employee at gamestop said to have it because when i had it horizontal i kept getting laser burn on my disc's.

Horizontal. When I first got it, I had it vertical and it fell over and scratched the crap out of my disc.

I have my xbox horizontally it will keep your games in better condition and causes less problems
