Hi my specs are
Manufacturer: Advent
Rating: 5.2 (no video card, Broke
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)
i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz
3.00 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.73 GB usable)
System Type: 64 Bit operating system
I am looking to overclock my pc to 4.3 GHz. i have looked in the Bios and cant find the option to overclock or change the speed of my processor and fan. i have also looked on Youtube and on other forums for tutorials but i havent found any. so i need help

You can't. Any Intel Sandy Bridge CPU that has a 'K' after the numbers (in your case 2320) signals that it's unlocked and OC'able. Yours doesn't, therefore you can't.

You still can overclock but not much like 300-400mhz but imo I wouldn't worry about the cpu speed right now more that you don't have a graphics card

I just learned something today, thanks!
After doing a little Googling, any CPU without the K can only be increased by +4 from the stock multiplier. Since Sandy Bridge's base clock is 100Mhz, you can only overclock it to 400Mhz higher.
