but since i know it is against the rules to sell them I will not sell via TTG

No one is trolling on you. I'm simply saying that you can get cheap accounts from Dhgate. And it's quite simple to avoid being hacked on Dhgate. Set up a paypal with a different e-mail to one you've used before. Make an account on Dhgate with another e-mail you haven't used before. Easy. I know a trusted seller on DHgate, I don't know if she sells them anymore because this was for FIFA11. But I've bought one before and I know two others that have aswell.
