First up, the border is way too large, try putting a 1px border around the edge, it looks tidier. The font doesn't suit the sig, the left side is very bare and the render could do with some blending, using some fractals, c4ds or brushes on layers over the render. You also need to work on lighting.
On a good note, at least you have taken the rule of thirds into account, and have not put the render right in the middle of the signature.
Could do with a lot of improvement.
