LOL dude, dont work out that much, its going to stunt your growth later on, just build up ur cardio, at the age of 15 the worst thing u can do is work out A LOT

its been scientifically proven kid when i was ur age i actually "researched" building muscle at an early age will affect your growth (becomming taller) especially upper body training.

I work out, my bench is 160, and squats are 225.
