I got inform valencia (the 85 version)about a month ago, i've opened so many packs, using coins, haven't you ONE inform player since. Why is this?

I have never had an inform, but i have the achievement because ea are crap and have loads of glitches.

Don't expect to get them all the time. The last IF I had was IF Remy (83) when that TOTW was released... How long ago was that?

That is not possible.
There are 21 of every TOTW player.
there are 3 team of the week players released every day, at different hours of the day.
So that is not possible.

No there aren't. There are more than 21 of each TOTW player. And no, people have gotten two inform players in a row in packs. Look at some videos on youtube. So it is possible, but I doubt he's telling the truth.
