Is there no possible way i could connect my xbox to my tv as normal then connect my laptop with the vga into my tv and find a program on my laptop that would record it ?

Help appreciated

Mhh. That might just work. But finding that specific program will probably be hard :\ (At least for me)

You could always just put a blank disk into a DVD recorder, connect your Xbox to that DVD recorder, and connect the DVD recorder to the TV and hit the record button whenever you want to record. (See my post about it here: Forums/file=viewtopic/t=33523.html )

Once your done, burn the disk onto your PC. Only alternative I know of.

Again sorry for the hassle. when you connect your xbox up to the dvd recorder Via HdMI or the red/white and yellow cables (forgot name lol) How do you connect your dvd to your tv just a normal scart lead ?

i'm pretty sure Mac has an app that does exactly what your talking about.
