Well if its from 3 or 4 years ago, then its probably out of date or not even worth it (aka menu sucks). To see if the disc even works, dont install...hotswap and hit play game and see if disc even starts up. If it starts up let me know..you may be using the wrong installing method.

Only thing I could say is that it's a bad iso or it just doesn't read the disc because that's how sensitive xbox's are. I'd suggest making your own. It's actually a lot easier than you'd think and saves money.
