not sure if this is the right section but whenever i go onto fraps and record say a 10m video it gets thrown into two parts. also the first part nothing can be done with it, it will play in media player, but if i look @ properties the screen doesnt come up, it freezes wmm when i try to put it in, also vegas 11 but the 2nd part works fine...any help? Please & TY

Hey, Fraps isn't such a great program. You don't have much choice on what you can do. With Fraps you can't play in 1080p res and record in 720p, you only have a choice of full size or half size which would be 540p which is useless. There's a program called Dxtory which allows you to record in the exact resolution you want in whilst playing in 1080p. Also it doesn't chop the video files into 3.97gb files. Instead it makes one large continuous file. With this program you have many nice features and settings. You can find some nice settings to use for the video settings on a YouTube video or just tweaking around to suit your own preferance. Dxtory is a great program however price wise it is more expensive than Fraps however for most that's not an issue as you can easily download Dxtory on any torrent site such as thepiratebay. Give Dxtory a chance I promise you it's a hell of a lot better than Fraps.
