How do I change my desktop on windows 7 starter I would look on youtube but every time I get on youtube my computer freezes.

You just download a picture from somewhere and right click on the picture file and press set as desktop backround. If you have teamveiwer i can do it for you

I'm pretty sure you can't on Win7 Starter.

Just go to panel control and there should be something that says appearance.

i have windows 7 but unless you cant do it on starter, which im pretty sure you can but maybe not

Starter edition is mainly for emerging markets, and North America / Europe customers cannot even buy it if they wanted to.
Home Premium is suggested if you want the additional flexibility of changing the screen background (and a bunch of other functions that are not available in Starter). Windows 7 Starter comes with one Desktop Backround that CANNOT be changed or customized
