You guys may remember my post on Wololos Half Byte Loader. Today Wololo announced that he is definitely still working on his clever little exploit for loading PSP homebrew applications on the PS Vita.

If you remember back to the early days of PSP hacking, you will recall that you needed to purchase a certain game and use an exploit that involved a modified game save. As I understand it the principal is the same for the PS Vita as well. For the PSP the game that was used to exploit the PSP was Wipeout Pure, I believe and I know for a fact Grand Theft Auto LCS.

Wololo is being careful not to release which game his exploit works with on the Vita, but he did say it is available in the PS store. What he is trying to avoid is releasing the game name, and Sony taking it down from the PS Store.

Wololo did not give any sort of release date for his HBL hack, but he did say he has a master plan for releasing it, and everything is going according to that plan. Read on for Wololos full post on this matter.
