What about the ram and cooling but yes it's ok , you might want to get a better gpu.

Yes, but I would upgrade the GPU to at LEAST a 6870.

CPU = good
Motherboard = good
RAM = You didn't mention anything. 8gb of ram is more than enough anything more is overkill unless you're going to video editing and all that graphics stuff. You want this PC for gaming so 8GB will do perfectly.
Graphics card = 6770 Would be fine for any of the COD games and minecraft and also BF3 however to play BF3 on High settings you may want a better graphics card. I personally have te XFX 6870 And I can run the game on ultra settings with some of the Anti-aliasing settings lowered as they lower the frames quite dramaticly. I would suggest something like the 6870 or better
HDD = good
Case = You need a case obviously
DVD Drive = You may wish to purchase this or re-use an old one if you have one.
CPU Cooler - I would suggest getting a CPU cooler. The stock intel cooler will do the job but something like the "Coolermaster Hyper212 Evo" Would be a nice CPU Cooler#
PSU = VERY IMPORTANT ! People tend get any PSU thinking it will do the job. Corsair makes nice power supplies and i would suggest using those. I personally have a 600w PSU for my i5 2500k + 6870 and it does the job perfectly.
What budget are you working to (in what currency)? I'm sure I or many other people will be willing to help you choose the best parts for your money!

The PSU will be an alpine 650 watt

A 650 watt would do a 7750 but yes I would advise you to upgrade the gpu.

my Radeon 5670 runs bf3 on ultra, so i think you're set. the rest of my specs are pretty close to your too. I get pretty good framerates (around 60 for every game I play, except BF3, which gets like 40), and its a pretty fast pc. (i paid like $580 for mine)

A 5670 can't play BF3 on Ultra with 1920 x 1080 at 60 FPS. My 6950 barely does that...
