Don't try to fix it, theirs really no way unless you got a cream that could remove it... I had one I forgot what it was called, but I bought it from staples..
If you dont find that tell a friend that will let you borrow his game so that you can install it to your console, by installing it to your console it will save the game to your hard drive instead of reading the disc.
Heres a tutorial if you dont know how [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
(Edit) Also start getting warranties, you just pay 5$ extra, and if you break it you could give it back in and get a brand new one.

This is Called Laser - Burns And Impossible To Get out the Only Solution To Help To Check Out Your Local Game store And They Might Be able to Repair if Not Borrow a Friends Game And Install it !
