Try extract the TU from your retail console and then see if it works.

Hello, I'm not use to my jtag but have managed to host lobbys over the past but with this TU11 update there is no TU<Random numbers> file and I'm not sure what I need to do with the files to get my Black Ops up to TU11. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
