I got put to 11th via a Tangyz lobby and after unlocking everything with I realized that I:
1. Can't get rid of the "NEW" notification on my primary and secondary weapons,
2. Don't have certain perks. (Specifically: C4 x2, Special Grenades x3, RPG-7 x2, Stopping Power, Juggernaut, Sonic Boom, Extreme Conditioning, Steady Aim and Deep Impact.)
3. Don't have certain weapons. (Specifically: M249 SAW and RPD.)
As you have probably guessed, the lack of these perks and weapons (it's not that they're not there, but they're locked) is massively interrupting my gameplay. I've gotten back from 11th to 10th, deranked myself and put myself back to 10th and then put myself to 10th rank 1 and earned my rank 4 to unlock create a class to hopefully unlock stopping power etc. legit. (all of the deranking and stuff done via Tangyz mods.) None of this has worked, if anyone can help me out please comment or send me a message on XBL, GT: FuzzyWubsHugs.
