I have been unable to play mw3 for around 2 weeks now. It gives me a message saying the servers are unavailable. This only happens for 1 account. I have tried basic things like resetting Internet etc but it doesn't help. Does this mean I'm banned even though I didn't receive a ban message ?

something seems to be wrong with the account can you go online and play other games with it?
