If you can afford it and can dedicate the time to it, make a staff of armadyl account
That spell has a lowest hit of 200

is that a lowest hit of 200 with 99 mage?

make a 40 def pure with turmoil. working on it atm 60 atk, 98 str, 1 def(havent quested def yet) 99 range 94 magic. 52 prayer atm(enough for 95 in bank) skilling for my quests atm It will be worth it trust me. best pure in my opinion.
