and whenever hes doing somthing like gaming, streaming, listening to music
it just freezes up. it was doing this we i just got him the laptop but its stoped for a while and now its doing it again and quite frequently.
The only modification was that i install 2 extra GB of RAM to the laptop but it suppports up to 8GB RAM
Could this be corrupt win 7 files or idk.. any help or tips?
Thanks Guys

It could be corrupt Windows files, you said it was happening when you first got the laptop right? You should had returned it for another.
One thing I would try is to see if the problem persist while in safe mode. If so, it could be the OS but maybe even a hardware issue. We don't know yet, but try safe mode and post your findings.
