they say the morning is the best time but i personally dont have the time to try to get a workout in in the morning so i work out at night

There really is no way to do it wrong, but I prefer the morning. But i'm only 13 but I do run tracks/tredmills at the gym with my dad. But its all up to you!

yeah "whenever you feel energetic" but at the same time, you might ruin your workout routine by doing it at night. Say you do it at night for 1 week, then you come home from work/school/college etc.. and you feel tired, you might not want to do it at night you might notice yourself forgetting because your tired,i would suggest around 6-7 o clock it gives your dinner a good hour and a half to settle and so you can work out then at say 11 o clock you goto bed,no problem (my opinion)... hope i helped:).

Resize wrotethanks but what if I don't workout for like 2 days does that effect me?yeah "whenever you feel energetic" but at the same time, you might ruin your workout routine by doing it at night. i'd say work out in the morning because it would be colder making you work harder
