dude2410 wrote its nice from a first glance ;) BUT:
well to start, the flickering light that I would guess is what attracts the balls is kinda annoying but that's just my opinion. Another thing I noticed, was that some of the shapes (especially the low-poly sphere?) collide and go through each other such as at 9 seconds. You see the object cutting into the sphere. I don't know what program you used to make this so i cant tell you how you could fix it, but it's dependent on your collision tolerance and shape for the collisions of the object. I do however love the render of this, it look great! I feel like there is a very slight blur when things get farther away, but either way it's very cool, it just needs to be cleaned up a little ;) Good job, can't wait to see more.
That is the best feedback i have ever seen in my lifetime haha i really apreaciate it also i will take the feedback as for my next step in making a new one (i used cinema 4D, After affects)

I always try to give helpful feedback...
and yeah in cinema 4D you can fix the collision thing by setting the shape in the rigid body tab to "Moving Mesh" then I would bake the particles so it doesn't lag. Otherwise like I said nice work.
