I am 16 and I am about 5'5 and im wondering how I can get closer to dunking in basketball. I heard doing leg presses but im gonna ask. Anyone know how

Working on your vertical obviously, which means working out more.

Keep practicing and maybe get some bouncier shoes? I heard these shoes give you a couple inches higher. Eat healthy. These are some ideas!

There are some excellent youtube channels out there devoted to this kind of thing, I'm about 5'6 and I've always been trying to improve my vertical, and blogs/youtube certainly offer some good advice.
