I know Habitats got a sick save game up, but to make that on my save, would I have to use a jtag or a program? Also would anyone be willing to do it for me for +rep?

you can't do that. the only way to do that is to race turn 10 or to mod your profile. To mod your profile you need SAIO.

You can do ISO mods for them. All cars + Unicars are 0CR as seen in this video.
