Fourzerotwo has indicated via the Infinity Ward forums that the latest Xbox 360 patch has been pulled from Microsoft certification due to "additional fixes". Patch 1.08 recently arrived on PS3 and PC but has been delayed on Xbox 360 to allow for more fixes to be addressed, including a permanent fix to the Unlimited Care Package glitch.

XUgh. This care package exploit is becoming the bane of my existence, but not for long. @infinityward is working on a permanent fix for it.
We know this can be a frustrating wait for Xbox 360 gamers but stay patient, for the Care Package glitches will soon be vanquished! The patch re-entered certification last Friday so it can't be long now (thanks @ItzEddie). Still no word on how quick this will also be dispatched on PC and PS3 but you can count on us keeping you up to date when new information arrives.

This Is Old Reason It Was Pulled Out Was Because Sony Added It And PS3 COD6 Got All Screwed Up Same With PC So Sence Microsoft Took There Time After Sony Certified It They Saw All The New Glitches That It Would Open So They Denied The Patch

Yea,About time they patched this.PC had a update about....3weeks ago?maybe 2.Then Ps3 had one about a week ago,Now its microsofts turn.Lil' bit slow aren't we?
