{Update} The developers of MW3 have recently fixed this issue, if your K/D glitched due to do this, just play a game online and your K/D will be normal again.




My friend has a K/D of 1.12 and the leaderboards says 0.05

Check the one above the selected. it says 0.05 and if you calculate the K/D yourself, it should be around 1.12

Just noticed 2 of my friends have this problem, he has a K/D of 0.36. You can also see it in the picture somewhere in the top.
