I saw this on a server but not anywhere else maybe you could have a custom task system for getting your first 99,kill and a rare monster drop with a reward and if you get all 99s you could get special rewards or veteran rank maybe?

Edit: For quest maybe if you have a OP wep like korasi and storm of arma have a quest for it like not sure about the steps maybe just make the real quests more simple?

Have the veteran rank added, thats easy.
A reward for getting your first 99 would also be easy.
All 99s = special reward is also easy.
Rare monster drops... Theres plenty

Might add some community events such as one major boss with like 1m hp and it takes like 20 people to kill quickly
Would be fun

Anyway with your suggestions, the items would would receive would have to be un-tradable because no doubt it would affect the eco :/

I think there should be quick easy quests that you have to do to use dragon weapons.

There should also be a few quests that give a sum of cash, potions/food, and other special rewards, such as the ability to fight bosses or go to better training areas.

Tbh dragon weapons are quite terrible.
I'll do a quest which you need to do in order to get OP weps such as Korasi and staff of armadyl

Also maybe some random quest in order to access torms or should I just keep those in donor zone?

Id say for tds do both, free players will have to do quest, donors can do whenever they want w/o quest

Id say for tds do both, free players will have to do quest, donors can do whenever they want w/o quest

Would either require 2 npc ids or some coord system.
I'd say the 2 npc ids would be easier but w.e.

Just finished adding a custom storm of armadyl sort of spell.
Uses the place of Wind Strike because adding a completely new spell is too much effort and nobody uses wind strike

Just need to replace the text and description and all the rest of that shit.
Made it require a rune of armadyl or armadyl rune or what the **** ever it is called... So far so good
Just trying to fix a clipping bug also atm.
Looks like I'm **** dancing while fighting an NPC
