Well my console was flagged for hacking credits, then next day i get the email from xbl (perma suspended) and code of conduct put on my profile...So i create a fresh new account and buy a new console (putting my flagged hdd in it)...i still can't access rivals or storefront, but can do online racing in both public and private...


Now here is the thing, i create a 48 hour on my sisters console, then move it to my new console and all features of Forza 4 work fine...I tried reformatting the flagged console hdd and using but still no access to those features...is it possible my new GT is flagged??? i have been thinking of just buying a brand new 320GB hdd, and i will be fine..

any advice will greatly be appreciated

Afraid so the exact same thing happened to me for putting unicorns up on the SF. Worst thing I could have ver done. Only my HDD seemed to be flagged I just replaced that and started again on same console, new profile.

The thing is i already created a profile, but it was on the flagged hdd, do you think if i buy a new hdd and delete my game information i will be fine
