u need to go to setting and connect to an box or wifi or subscribe to the company that u have and talk to them and get them to put free wifi anywhere u go but then that cost money depending on how much u use it

You can try restoring/resetting your iPhone. If that doesn't work call Apple Support. Also this belongs in the iDevice Forum.
