I need a contact email for microsft or epic where i can send them a redeem code and ask for a new one becasue my infected omen code is saying its already been used.

You'll have to talk to someone and explain the problem,and then they'll probobly walk you through it or it'll take them a couple days and they'll e-mail you asking for pic proof of your card/code
